Portrait of Rugile

What a session feels like

A quiet, unhurried hour - no scripts, no judgement.

Space to name what’s difficult and notice what’s already working.

Small, kind steps you can carry into your week.

An approach rooted in care

Rugile works gently and collaboratively. There is no script - only your story, met with patience, curiosity, and a steady kind of professional warmth.

How she supports clients

Sessions are a quiet space to slow down: to name what’s happening, understand the patterns, and find small, kind steps forward. Whether you’re moving through anxiety, burnout, parenting overwhelm, or a season of change, you are met where you are.

Online therapy

Mind Bridge is built for online work. Sessions happen on Google Meet, comfortable, private, and accessible whether you’re in the UK, Lithuania, or somewhere else.

Why Mind Bridge exists

Because therapy should feel human, not clinical. Because the first message is often the hardest. Mind Bridge was built to make that first step feel a little softer.

MindBridge - more than a name

MindBridge, to me, is more than just a name. It is a bridge between where a person is today and where they would like to be tomorrow. Growing up, I came to understand how deeply I love people. I felt it even more strongly after losing someone very important in my life. Experiences like that change the way you see people, relationships, and the time we have with one another. Later, there was someone in my life who gave me so much. My great-grandfather. He patiently taught me English, even though at the time I really didn't enjoy it. Today I live and work in a country whose language I once didn't even want to learn - and I often think of him with a smile. But the most important thing he left me wasn't the English language. He taught me to listen. To truly listen. To be present with another person, not rush to fix them, not judge them, and let them feel that they matter. I think that's where the wish to work with people was born. That is why, today, every person who comes to MindBridge is not just a client to me. They are a person with their own story, their own pain, their own strengths, and their own path. And sometimes, all we need is someone who truly listens.
