Practical
How does the free consultation work?
It’s a relaxed 15-minute conversation on Google Meet. There is no expectation to continue, it’s simply a chance to meet, ask questions, and see if the support feels like a good fit.
Is therapy online?
Yes. All sessions are held online so you can join from wherever you feel comfortable.
What platform is used?
Sessions happen on Google Meet. A link is shared before each session.
Can I have therapy from Lithuania?
Yes. Mind Bridge welcomes clients in Lithuania, in Lithuanian or English.
Can I have therapy from the UK?
Yes. Mind Bridge supports clients across the UK.
What happens after I fill out the form?
Rugile reads each enquiry personally and gets in touch, usually within a few working days, to arrange the next step.
Pricing & sessions
How much does a session cost?
£45 / 50 minutes for clients in the UK, or €50 / 50 minutes for clients in Lithuania. Package prices are also available for ongoing support.
Do you offer package prices?
Yes. UK packages: 4 consultations £168 (£42 each), 6 consultations £240 (£40 each), 8 consultations £304 (£38 each). Lithuania packages: 4 consultations €188 (€47 each), 6 consultations €270 (€45 each), 8 consultations €344 (€43 each).
How long is each session?
Individual therapy sessions last 50 minutes. The free first consultation is 15 minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?
The 15-minute introductory consultation is free. To confirm your first therapy session, a 50% deposit is required in advance. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the session are non-refundable.

Yes. What you share stays between you and Rugile, within the limits of professional and legal duty of care.

That’s normal. The free consultation is designed exactly for this, to help you decide without pressure.
